Lauren’s journey into fitness began while working as a Nanny, inspired by the strong, driven women around her who prioritised their well-being. Over the past six years, Lauren has established herself as a driven, client-focused personal trainer. She finds genuine enjoyment in educating both her clients and herself, and in 2022 expanded her coaching to include Pre and Postnatal fitness. Lauren’s experience at one of London’s top health clubs, Third Space, reflects her ability to support clients through this chapter as well as menopause, injury rehabilitation and simply building confidence in exercise. Lauren specialises in personalised strategies with a calm and collaborative relationship, empowering clients to grow with confidence.
Lauren now works independently with clients across London and online, offering a premium, personalised training experience in their own home. She is currently enhancing her practice by becoming a certified Pilates instructor, bringing together strength, control, and longevity in her programming. After experiencing the benefits first hand Lauren believes this will further elevate client results.
